Coming from an Asian background, I have been heavily influenced by the fast paced lifestyle. The bustling, loud environment and colourful night lights that is open till late makes me feel alive. With the spicy and colourful food that goes perfectly with drinks reminds me of me childhood and has inspired me to bring a piece of my memories in Taiwan to the beautiful people in Adelaide and that is the beginning of Golden Rooster - 金雞
